STARTING YOUR OWN CELL

Starting your own cell as a Rifter.
1) You must have reached the Rank of MEMBER
2) You must DM the Archon (Egon Warfield) or the Understudy (Acelin Dominia) with information on the type of business your CELL will be engaged in. We Require you to report all Cell members under you're command so we may label them as such and list any FACTION ASSETS you might need to make use of to get your feet on the ground.
3) You must read and understand all FACTION Rules on Running a CELL
